STEP 1:

Select the product you would like to purchase from our Product Page.

STEP 2:

Click on the “+” or “-” button to select the quantity
of the product which you would like to purcahse.

Then, click on

to proceed with your purchase.

STEP 3:

Click on “Shopping Cart” icon on the top-right of the page
to check what’s added to your shopping list.

Repeat Step 1 and 2 to add more items to your list.

Once you are done, click on the “VIEW CART” button to

double check your shopping list.

STEP 4:

Check details of your products in the Shopping Cart.
If you wish to remove an item, click on the “X” icon and click on
“update shopping cart” to the latest shopping list.

If you h ave reward points of a special discount code, key it into
this column and click “apply coupon” to activate the discount.

Click on the button “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” to fill up
oayment and delivery details.

STEP 5:

You may register an account with us or create a new account to save time while checking out with your future purchases.

STEP 6:

Key in the required billing information.

You may also choose to have a different shipping address
at the end of the form.

STEP 7:

You will be adviced on the total shipping amount based on your address keyed in Step 6.
Then, choose your preferred Payment Method from the list of available payment gateways.

STEP 8:

Further confirm your purchase details (including the shopping rates) before you click on the "Place Order" button.

STEP 9:

You will be prompted to the payment gateway's page. You will be required to key in your bank/card details. Once the payment is confirmed, you will be redirected back to Clinelle.com and shall be given an Order ID.


You may then track your purchase via the confirmation email from Clinelle.
